Important Notes 

Meetings/events must take place between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. or between 1:30 and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between 8:30 -11:30  a.m. and 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.  Our meeting rooms are not available between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

The Community Foundation reserves the right to decline a reservation request if it interferes with our other activities.

Reservation Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your meeting using our online form.

 


The Community Foundation's building is located at 4745 Wheaton Drive in southeast Fort Collins near the intersection of Harmony and Lemay. Our Board Room and Conference Room are available for use by nonprofit agencies at no charge. To see pictures of our meeting spaces, click here.

Our building provides amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, serving counter, coffee machine, flat screen monitor, and flip chart. However, each group should bring their own meeting supplies (coffee, food, beverages, cups, etc.), office supplies, and a laptop if needed.

To use our board room A/V equipment, please bring a flash drive containing your presentation. If you prefer to bring your laptop, please make sure that it has a HDMI cable input so that it can be hooked up to our display system. The room is also equipped with an Apple TV, allowing for airplay from certain Apple devices.

To reserve a meeting room:

  1. Check whether space is available on the day of your meeting. Simply view our online calendars: Board Room (seats 24-28) and Conference Room (seats 8). 
  2. If space is available, complete the online request form below at least two weeks before your meeting date. We’ll respond to your request within two business days.
