STAFF CHANGES

We’re thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Messerli, Donor Services Manager. She most recently served as the Town of Windsor's recreation coordinator, previously served as a signature programs specialist with the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore, and received a fellowship from the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa when she was in college. Learn more about Elizabeth.

This month we said goodbye to Rob Panos and Randy Davis. Rob was on the Community Foundation staff for three years, most recently serving as Donor Services Manager. He and his family are working with a church overseas for the summer before moving to Indianapolis. Randy retired after being affiliated with the Foundation for over a dozen years. He wants everyone to know what an honor it has been to have served in numerous capacities and to have been part of the organization. He shares that, “One of life's greatest satisfactions is knowing the Foundation helps change lives, both for today and forever.”

APPLY NOW FOR THE CIVICO leadership academy

Attendees at our Celebration of Philanthropy were introduced to CiviCO by former Community Foundation Trustee Christine Kneeland.

The Foundation is excited to help launch the first CiviCO Leadership Academy. CiviCO brings together the business sector, the public sector, and the nonprofit sector. The program is both regional and statewide. Participants will primarily associate with others from our region, while also having opportunities to connect with participants from around the state. Participants will complete a comprehensive online leadership curriculum, connect with some of the state’s top leaders, and receive individualized mentorship and coaching.

The best candidates are those who have a proven record of success, are engaged in their community, and want to go even further in driving meaningful change and impact for their organization, community, and state. Applications are due Friday, June 28.

For more information about participating, contact Foundation President Ray Caraway at ray@nocofoundation.org.
