Roxanne manages the Foundation’s donor services and technology programs, which provide both high-tech and high-touch offerings to those we serve. She supervises the administration of grants and scholarships; oversees special projects and fiscal sponsorship funds; and helps donors establish new scholarship funds.

Diana is a customer service contact for the hundreds of donors who have charitable funds with the Foundation and coordinates our community fund committees in Berthoud, the Estes Valley, Fort Collins, and Loveland. She also oversees the Foundation's scholarship program, which serves students throughout Larimer County and in six counties in the Eastern Colorado.

Christie assists the donor services team with all aspects of the annual scholarship cycle, supports students throughout the scholarship process, and cultivates relationships with area high school counselors. She serves as a primary contact for students and educational institutions.

Jerrie is a member of the Communications team. She oversees the visual presentation of the Foundation's marketing efforts, manages the website and coordinates graphic design needs.

Mary McCambridge

Mary is responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships that enable the Foundation to better serve our region with an emphasis on Loveland. She also interfaces with the Loveland Community Fund Committee. 

Carrie Miller
Donor Services Coordinator

Carrie is a member of the Foundation’s donor services team. She processes approximately 1,000 grants each year, helps fund advisors gain online access to their charitable funds, and serves as a customer service contact for donors.

Rob provides administrative and project management support to the President, Management Team, and Board of Trustees. He also manages the Foundation's data and technology tools and supports the Foundation team as a centralized resource.


Katie Romberg, CPA

Katie furthers the Foundation's mission and achieves organizational goals related to accounting and donor services by overseeing the daily accounting functions. She ensures that the Foundation meets its financial obligations in a timely manner, complies with generally accepted accounting principles and meets audit standards.

Student interns are a tremendous asset to our organization in the areas of donor services, marketing, graphic design, and project management. Interns become familiar with key community leaders and interact with them by phone, email, and in person.

Lynsie is a Colorado native majoring in corporate and investment finance and minoring in interdisciplinary leadership at CSU, class of 2018. In addition, Lynsie is a member of the CSU President’s Leadership Program. She hopes to start a nonprofit to help families and individuals have better access to healthy and affordable food.
